LTCue, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of LTCue and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in LTCue. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
LTCue is currently in beta and is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that LTCue will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You acknowledge that beta software may contain bugs and that you use it at your own risk.
LTCue is a production tool, but critical show decisions should always have backup procedures in place. We are not responsible for missed cues, timing errors, or any consequences arising from reliance on LTCue in live production environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LTCue, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of LTCue, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your LTCue license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to LTCue at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling LTCue. No refunds are provided for paid licenses upon voluntary termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LTCue shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or website. Your continued use of LTCue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
